MIRROR OF ERISED: KJ wishes she could stay in her lane and just enjoy Quidditch and her own little world, but her mirror of erised encounter would tell a different story. She would see herself happy with a woman holding her hand, shiny rings on both their left hands, surrounded by people of all races, ages and abilities laughing and drinking champagne. She also could see a flash of herself using her own ferocity to protect those in need, especially those who cannot protect themselves.
BOGGART: she is terrified of her own temper, when a boggart appears she sees herself in a state of fury, firing horrible insults and preparing to cause physical harm to those around her. She also truly fears wizardkind being exposed to muggles. She knows what it's like when people who are 'different' are targeted...

Personality
KJ's personality can be misconstrued as quiet, polite and caring. Only one of those things is true, she cares. A lot. Maybe too much, and that's why she has a massive temper. Well, that and the fact that she was fairly held back as a child. She was taught that you should feel shame more than joy, and tradition more than...well, anything else.
KJ has always had a fire in her. A passion that was misinterpreted as anger for most of her life. She has always felt like the odd one out in groups of debutants and other girls facing their bat mitzvahs. They were all so... well rehearsed and cautious. She was the same, putting on a little show, but she always felt the other girls were genuinely gentle and she wasn't.
Now, she still doesn't think of herself as a violent person, she really doesn't want to cause harm, but she does seriously feel the need to make her presence known on the Quidditch Pitch with ferocity and vigor.
KJ is really easy to get along with when you first meet her. Unless she has a crush on you, then she straight up doesn't know how to act. The awkward stumbling twelve year old inside her always seems to come out in moments of infatuation.
She can seem really serious in certain moments, but playful in the right spaces. Really, she's an all around charming person who can find her place in a crowd and enjoy herself there. She does well at quidditch press events and schmoozing, but her temper has found it's way there a few times...

History
KJ grew up in a wealthy, Jewish household. Her mother wanted her to follow her lead and live in High Society, carrying the family name with babies and clubs and social gatherings. KJ never really wanted any part of it, but it was hard to defy her mothers wishes as a child. However, her mothers wishes started to crumble down when KJ started showing signs of magic at the age of eight. She had lived so repressed, her magic didn't show itself earlier like it can with most children. Her parents taught her how to walk, talk, behave and push down her real feelings, causing her magic to be late blooming.
The Braham family turned on it's head when that started happening. First, her family had to accept magic existed. Second, since they lived so much in the spotlight, they had to hide KJ's ability with much difficulty and third, KJ was finally starting to accept herself and who she was, discovering around the age of twelve that she had no interest in dating men, only women. This discovery came after a series of angry encounters with a girl her age, only for KJ to realize that this 'anger' was just an issue of her not understanding her own emotions.
Still to this day KJ keeps it a secret from her parents that she's gay. Whether they would disapprove or not, she isn't sure. But it didn't fit her mother's picture for her getting married to a wealthy man and having babies. The destruction of that dream of her mother's alone was enough for her to keep it a secret.
Being at Hogwarts was a freeing experience for KJ. She excelled in her courses, was shocked to get into a house of bravery when she felt like a coward her whole life. But when she learned she had magic something changed -- she realized she could be whatever she wanted to be.
At school, quidditch became her niche. She was obsessive about it, even carving her name into one of the stadium stands, with a note that read "find me at the world cup, 2063". She was almost kicked off the team twice for her temper though, which she absolutely had to get in check before she joined the professional league.
She was scouted out in her seventh year by The British National Team, and joined them upon graduating in her Seventh Year as a Beater. Now, sixth years later, she still plays as a beater on her team.
